Marriage & Family Therapist since 1993, licensed in Utah since 1997. I have counseled teens and young adults questioning their sexuality, relationships, and value systems. I have extensive family counseling experience, helping families accept and integrate members with different values into their lives. I focus on improving relationships by identifying unhelpful cycles, patterns, and thought processes. I am a sex positive therapist and offer help with premarital counseling, intimacy improvement, parenting issues, and resolving conflicts. I coach people in transition who are changing jobs, marriages, relationships, religions, and family structures, and assist divorcing couples with co-parenting issues. I use DBT and CBT to help clients with mood disorders to learn to manage and overcome disabling anxiety and depression.
